2. Classes and Enrolment

Eligibility: Our dance classes are open to individuals of all ages, from 4 years old to adults. Specific age groups or levels may apply to certain classes.
Registration: All students must complete a registration form and provide necessary personal information to enrol in a class. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Payment: Fees for classes, private lessons, and other services are outlined on our website or communicated directly. Payments are required in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise stated.
Class Cancellation & Refund Policy: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit for the cancelled class. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or cancellations made by the student within 48 hours of the scheduled class time.

3. Health and Safety

Physical Health: All students must inform the instructor of any existing injuries or medical conditions before attending classes. By participating in dance classes, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of physical activity.
Safety: Our academy strives to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff to minimize the risk of injury during classes and activities.

4. Code of Conduct

Respect: Students are expected to respect instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any behaviour that disrupts or negatively affects the learning environment may result in removal from the class or program.
Property: You agree not to damage or misuse any property of the academy, including equipment and facilities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Emerald Academy of Irish Dancing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.
